* As most of the candles are made to order, I do not accept returns or exchange once an order is accepted.

* Due to the nature or soy wax, there will be cracks, frostings, and imperfections. This means no artificial additives were added therefore, would not accept refunds for this reasons. However, please contact me if a product is damaged.
